Characterisation of Materials used in Nuclear Environments
Institute of Physics, London, United Kingdom
This conference aims to give an insight into the study and current mechanistic understanding of various reactor components corrosion and degradation as well as the techniques that are employed to aid this understanding.
19th STFC UK Nuclear Physics Summer School
21 Aug 2017 - 02 Sep 2017
NNN17 — International Workshop on Next Generation Nucleon Decay and Neutrino Detectors
26 Oct 2017 - 28 Oct 2017
The University of Warwick, Coventry, United Kingdom
The NNN series of workshops have been providing the international community a forum for in-depth discussions on large-scale NNN detectors since its inaugural workshop in 1999 at Stony Brook. The main physics topics of Workshop include: Discovery of proton decay, discovery of CP violation in the lepton sector, determination of the neutrino mass hierarchy and observation of neutrinos from core collapse supernovae.
