IFToMM (International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science)

We are delighted to announce the 5th International Tribology Symposium of IFToMM (International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science), ITS-IFToMM 2024, will be held from May 6th to 8th 2024 in Salerno, Italy, jointly with the 9th AIT (Italian Tribology Association) Workshop “Tribology and Industry” (8th May 2024). This will be the 5th ITS-IFToMM following the 1st (Beijing, China, 2008), 2nd (Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, 2010), 3rd (Lulea, Sweden, 2013) and 4th (Jeju, Korea, 2017) ITS-IFToMM. The aim of ITS-IFToMM 2024 is to provide the opportunity for scientists and engineers from all over the world to come together and exchange the latest information on a wide range of topics relevant to tribology. The topics will include all the major themes of tribology and other related fields. We expect ITS- IFToMM 2024 to be exciting and fruitful for all the attendees from academia as well as industry.

ICEM, the reference International Conference for Electrical Machines specialists from industry and academia, is held every two years since 1974.The 26th and 50th anniversary edition will take place on campus at Politecnico di Torino, Turin/ Italy, on September 1-4, 2024.
