Submission Guidelines

All abstracts must be structured as indicated in the Abstract Template File, which can be retrieved from the logged in space, where you have to open the "Your submission" tab. 

Conference formats are: 

• Individual oral presentations (10 minutes, plus 5 minutes discussion)
• Research note development sessions  (1.5 hours)
• PhD sessions (1.5 hours)
• Industry views and outlooks

All abstracts must be uploaded using the online submission platform:

Abstracts will be subject to a double blind peer review process. Selected academic contributions addressing one or more of the sub-themes of the symposium will be presented during plenary sessions.
