The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR)
This course is designed to help clinicians, physicists and radiographers to develop comprehensive programmes for the clinical implementation of image guided radiotherapy. The course has been awarded 19 RCR Category I CPD credits under The Royal College of Radiologists CPD scheme. The curriculum covers many practical aspects and includes hands-on practical sessions, image matching, QA and dosimetry. It is recommended that a team of oncologist, physicist and radiographer from the same centre attend together.

Virtual 8th MR in RT Symposium 2021.
19 Apr 2021 - 21 Apr 2021 • Heidelberg - virtual event, Germany
German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg
The 8th MR in RT Symposium is the major event in the field of MR guided radiotherapy. The fast technological development and the rapid clinical implementation of MRI in radiation therapy applications is currently one of the most exciting as well as most challenging developments in radiation oncology. Our 8th MR in RT Symposium will take place as a virtual event. With this 2.5 day science meeting we would not only like to virtually bring together specialists from all involved disciplines, but also to foster a discussion about the scientific direction of the field. We intend to discuss especially the current clinical status and future directions of the field of MR-guided radiotherapy. It is also our pleasure to cordially invite you on behalf of the organizing and scientific committees to participate in our Virtual 8th MR in RT Symposium and to submit your abstracts for posters and presentations.

SCR'21 — Swiss Congress of Radiology 2021
24 Jun 2021 - 26 Jun 2021 • Congress Centre Davos, Switzerland
The SCR is the biggest radiological scientific and educational meeting in Switzerland with an average attendance of over 1,200 professional and industry delegates. It is held every year in a different city in Switzerland. The SCR consists of refresher courses, plenary sessions with lectures by national and international speakers as well as scientific sessions with oral abstracts. Moreover, an interesting poster exhibition presents the latest updates in radiology. In addition, many different companies present their latest medical and technical products at a large exhibition. So, the SCR is not only a place to listen and learn but also a platform for personal exchange between friends, colleagues and companies.

The SCR is interesting for radiologists, nuclear medicine specialists and radiographers in public and private hospitals as well as in private practice. It also turns to residents, medical students and radiography/nuclear medicine students. The official congress language is English.
