Hosted by the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI), Australia’s peak professional body championing the chemical sciences, this Congress is a celebration of the vital role of the chemical sciences in shaping a sustainable future. The theme for the 2026 National Congress is “Enabling Innovation in a Carbon Constrained World”. As this indicates, we will engage members from all fields of chemistry in efforts to formulate genuine and sustainable solutions to our biggest global challenges including alternative energy sources, climate change, food security and antibiotic resistance through presentations and discussions.

Computational Chemistry Group, University of Mauritius

VCCA-2026 is organised by the Computational Chemistry Group in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair of Computational Chemistry of the University of Mauritius. We started with this series of virtual conferences since 2013. VCCA-2026 will be held online. There is no need to be always online and there may be live presentations. The theme is 'Adapting research for societal needs'. We look forward to welcoming you, academicians and researchers, to participate in this virtual conference. In this digital era, we encourage presentations relating Artificial Intelligence in Chemistry and Interdisciplinary Science.
