Graph Theory has witnessed an unprecedented growth in the 21th century and in subsequent years. The best barometer to indicate this growth is the explosion in the number of pages that Section 05C: Combinatorics (in which the major part is taken away by graph theory) occupies in the Math Reviews. One of the main reasons for this growth is the applicability of graph theory in many other areas such as physics, chemistry, psychology, sociology and most importantly computer science, besides its own intrinsic problems. Currently, graph theory has come to be applied to large scale networks including the worldwide web, ordering of hyperlinks and GPS routing. In the proposed Amrita Conference of December 2023, several leading world-renowned experts from outside India have agreed to participate and deliver talks. In addition, several leading Indian graph theorist have also confirmed their participation
