General Information on Conference Registration

Registration via our conference system for the TeaP 2023 will open on December 15, 2022 and close on March 03, 2023. All attendees, presenters, and chairs of symposia of the TeaP 2023 must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. In order to present, you must register as an attendee. 

To register for the conference, please log in to your account. If you are visiting the registration website for the first time, you will be asked to create an account. If you have submitted a contribution, you already have an account. If you create a new account as a co-author, all submissions should be associated with your account if you used the e-mail address which was given by your co-author.

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to sign up for one pre-conference workshop (free of charge). If you would like to attend one of them, you can select your first choice during the registration process. Please note that these will not be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis, but actual participation will be determined in a subsequent step.

If you would like to attend the conference dinner on Tuesday (March 28, 2020), you have to purchase a dinner ticket (40 €). Note that the number of those tickets is limited. We therefore recommend to register early if you want to attend the dinner.

Registration Fees

There are different rates of the registration fee depending on registration time and attendee status. Note that PhD, Master, and Bachelor students are eligible for an additional discount if they are associated members of the Fachgruppe Allgemeine Psychologie (Section Cognitive Psychology) of the German Psychological Society (DGPs). If you select this discount, we will send your name to a spokesperson of the Fachgruppe Allgemeine Psychologie in order to confirm your membership.
If you are not yet a student / associated member or regular member of the DGPs Fachgruppe Allgemeine Psychologie, you can apply for membership now (https://www.dgps.de/mitgliedschaft/mitglied-werden/) to benefit from reduced registration fees. If you have just recently applied for the membership (less than 1 year ago), we would ask you to sent us proof of application (e.g., as picture or PDF Document) to our conference mail teap2023@leibniz-psychology.de.

 * PhD, MSc, and BSc students must upload a proof of enrolment (i.e., Immatrikulationsbescheinigung).

• Bus ticket for the time of the conference, valid in the city of Trier
• Attendance to welcome Reception on Sunday, March 26, 2023 in the Tuchfabrik Trier
• Snacks and coffee breaks according to the scheduled program
• Conference bag 
• Registration fee payment receipts (Invoices)
• Official Attendance certificate
   

Special Ticket for B.Sc. / M.Sc. students of the University of Trier

10 € Ticket to participate at TeaP. The ticket includes:

• Admission to all Conference sessions (Talks, Posters, Keynote, Podium discussions)
• Snacks and coffee breaks according to the scheduled program
• Conference bag 
• Special "Ask a PhD / Post-Doc" Workshop to get a chance to talk to eary career researchers about everything science related (your ticket allows you direct participation - no extra registration for this workshop needed)

In order to get your ticket, set-up an account with our conference system and register for the conference by selecting "Conference registration" on the left side-bar. Select the option "University of Trier students - Get to know a scientific conference ticket" and purchase your ticket to participate at TeaP 2023. The ticket can be purchase starting February 1 to March 03. Alternatively, you can purchase the ticket on-site in our conference office.
