The 12th International Conference on Agro-Geoinformatics is organized and hosted by the International Society of Agromatics and BioSense Insitute with technical and financial sponsorships from IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society, Food and Agriculture Organization, Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC), Agricultural and Environmental Informatics Application and Research Center (TARBİL), and Center for Spatial Information Science and Systems (CSISS) of George Mason University.

Agro-geoinformation is critical for the agricultural sustainability, food security, environmental research, bioenergy, natural resource conservation, land use management, carbon accounting, global climate change, health research, agricultural industry, commodity trading, economy research, education, agricultural decision-making and policy formulation, etc.
