Location and management of the COMS servers
- The COMS servers are located in Germany.
- The COMS servers are managed entirely by COMS and are not shared.
GDPR statement & GDPR agreement
- Each event can publish a GDPR statement on their COMS site. A standard statement is provided in each of the available languages. This statement can be edited or replaced by a link to a pre-defined document containing the published GDPR statement.
- Organisers can delete the data collected on their site at a time of their choosing. Prior to doing so, they can export all the data.
- Organisers can download a signed GDPR agreement that lists the measures taken to enforce the GDPR statement.
