General features

Using more than one language
Up to three languages can be used simultaneously. Users' preferred language is remembered by the system.
Predefined languages
The COMS system is ready to be used in English, French and German.
Other languages
It is possible to replace the default languages with others (e.g. Korean, Czech), provided translations are supplied.

Using the embedded translation module
The COMS system provides a translation module that allows administrators to translate all the texts of the site without the need to download or upload the texts. The translations can be performed at any time, for instance if new items are added to a form, it is possible to immediately add translations.
Locating texts
Functions are supplied to help translators locate texts they wish to translate.
