Virtual platform

Our virtual platform makes it easy to organise and participate in virtual and hybrid events. It is suitable for conferences, online courses and summer/winter schools. You can create a platform on short notice for an existing event by importing your data.

For participants

  • Participants are automatically registered to the virtual platform.
  • Once logged in, they can seamlessly access all resources: the agenda, live sessions, presentations, full papers and the chat.
  • Presentations can be searched and bookmarked. The full agenda and proceedings are available in one place.
  • Participants can chat publicly or privately. Presence indicators show who is online. Dedicated Q&A channels are provided for each speaker.
  • After the event, participants can return to the platform to review material and connect with other attendees.

For speakers

  • Speakers can upload and manage their presentations — including posters and videos — from their account.
  • Each speaker has a dedicated chat channel where they can interact with participants during and after their presentation.

For organisers

  • Schedule and manage live sessions directly from the admin area. Sessions are automatically inserted in the agenda.
  • Insert recordings of live sessions into the agenda with one click. Remove them at any time.
  • View and manage all uploaded presentations. See which ones are missing, upload on behalf of speakers, and insert them into the agenda.
  • Display sponsor logos at the bottom of all agenda pages.
  • Control platform access with flexible filters (e.g. restrict to users who have completed payment or been accepted).
  • Export detailed attendance statistics.

Quick setup

You can set up a virtual platform for an upcoming event in minutes. Import your users and agenda, then manage live sessions and recordings — all from one place.
  • Import users (names and emails) by uploading an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Create the agenda by uploading an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Schedule live meetings and let the software insert them in the agenda.
  • Optionally, collect posters, pre-recorded videos and sponsor data. Uploads can be performed by users or admins.
  • Record live meetings to the cloud and insert them in the agenda.
