Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine on February 24, 2022 started the next stage of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which had been ongoing since 2014. The full-scale war, which has been going on for almost a year, has not only had a fundamental impact on the fate of Ukraine and Russia, but has also become a catalyst for profound changes in geopolitics, international relations and international economics. As a result of this war, a new security system will probably be formed, which will be different from the security system currently in operation. This conflict, which was unimaginable a dozen or so years ago, the largest conflict on the European continent since the end of World War II, will fundamentally affect the perception of many areas of functioning of modern states and societies, from military doctrines to international law. There is no doubt that various aspects of the ongoing war will become the subject of studies and analyses that will examine the circumstances of this conflict many years after its end.
