Abstract:
Am 5. März 2026 findet das 17th Swiss Forum for Mood and Anxiety Disorders (SFMAD) mit dem Leitthema «Lifestyle-Psychiatrie aus verschiedenen Perspektiven» statt. Die Teilnehmenden erwartet im Radisson Blu Hotel am Flughafen Zürich ein abwechslungsreiches Programm mit spannenden Referaten und Diskussionen. Im Fokus steht, wie Bewegung, Ernährung, Schlaf und soziale Faktoren die psychische Gesundheit beeinflussen und welche Bedeutung diese Lebensstilfaktoren für die Behandlung von Angst- und depressiven Störungen haben.
