Abstract:
„Science for precision medicine“ – unter diesem Motto findet am 23. und 24. Oktober im Congress Centrum Leipzig (CCL) der Deutsche Kongress der Laboratoriumsmedizin 2025 statt, zum dem wir Sie schon heute ganz herzlich einladen. Ohne Diagnostik ist „precision medicine“ nicht möglich. „Science“ schafft die Grundlage für „precision diagnostic“ und translatiert diese in die Klinik. Die Aufgaben sind dabei vielfältig: Wie können wir innovative translationale Forschung in der Labordiagnostik sicherstellen und individuelle Diagnostik z.B. im Rahmen seltener Erkrankungen, individueller Krankheitskonstellationen, oder bei knappem oder seltenem Material (z.B. Liquor, Punktate) im Rahmen der IVDR sicherstellen? Wie können wir Erkenntnisse aus der molekularen Onkologie in nicht-onkologische medizinische Gebiete transformieren? Können nicht nur genetische, sondern auch epigenetische Informationen und posttranslationale Proteinmodifikationen die Diagnostik onkologischer und nicht-onkologischer Erkrankungen verbessern? Wie können Omic-Daten in die Routinediagnostik eingebracht werden? Welche Relevanz haben KI-Ansätze für die Interpretation von Omic-Datensätzen, aber auch für multi-dimensionale Daten aus der Labormedizin in Kombination mit anderen diagnostischen und klinischen Informationen und können wir aus multi-dimensionalen Daten neue Informationen über pathophysiologische Organinteraktionen ableiten? Wir bieten Ihnen ferner in der diagnostischen Anwendung neue Verfahren der digitalen Analytik und die Möglichkeit in Mikroskopierkursen morphologische Kriterien in hämato-onkologischen Fragestellungen zu bearbeiten.
