The BBBB (Balaton Bled Baltic Bosporus) conferences have a long-standing tradition of fostering scientific exchanges across the Eastern axis of Europe from Baltic Sea to Bosporus. These gatherings have enhanced the co-operations between pharmaceutical scientists, clinicians, industry experts and regulatory professionals. The conference theme “Smarter Medicine – Better Care” echoes that pharmaceutical innovation must translate into improved patient outcomes. Conference motto “From Innovation to Therapy: Science, Quality, and Patient Care in the Pharmaceutical Sciences” highlights that advances in research, technology and data science must be integrated into clinical practice.
