EUSTM-2024 — 11th Annual Congress of the European Society for Translational Medicine on Immunotherapeutics – From Biology to Patient Care
06 Sep 2024 - 08 Sep 2024 • Online Congress, Any Location (virtual event)
Organizer:
European Society for Translational Medicine
Abstract:
The European Society for Translational Medicine (EUSTM) cordially invites you to attend the 11th Annual Congress of the European Society for Translational Medicine on Immunotherapeutics – From Biology to Patient Care (EUSTM-2024) held in virtual format during 6-8 September, 2024. The Congress will focus on recent advances in the field of immunotherapeutics for solid tumors, hematological malignancies, autoimmune disorders, infectious disease, Covid, & vaccines covering from biological research, diagnostics & biomarkers to clinical care. EUSTM-2024 not only provides a unique platform for scientific exchange and discussion about the recent progress in both bench and bed side of immunotherapies for cancer and infectious diseases, but also an avenue for global networking with key stakeholders in academic research, clinical care giver, public health workers, and industrial leaders.

EACR Systemic Consequences of Cancer: Cancer as a Whole-body Disease
25 Feb 2025 - 26 Feb 2025 • Online, Any Location (virtual event)
Organizer:
The European Association for Cancer Research (EACR)
Abstract:
This meeting will delve into the profound consequences cancer can have on the body’s usual functions, and the underlying mechanisms behind these systemic effects. The ultimate goal is to explore how we might manipulate these mechanisms to develop more effective cancer treatments and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. We’ll be covering a wide range of topics including alterations in peripheral tissue function and the metabolic and inflammatory changes they induce, immune system performance, and cancer cachexia. This conference will be relevant for anyone with an interest in cancer biology, inter-organ communication, the role of cytokines, chemokines, and hormones in cancer, as well as cancer-induced changes in behaviour and metabolism.

Join us online on 25 and 26 February to learn more about this fascinating topic! Submit your abstract before 13 January and register before 03 February to secure your place.
