Workshop QIAW02 — New trends at the intersection of quantum information theory, quantum groups and operator algebras
02 Dec 2024 - 06 Dec 2024 • Cambridge , United Kingdom
Organizer:
Isaac Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences
Abstract:
Over the past few years, several remarkable links between quantum information, quantum groups, and operator algebras have been discovered. This includes in particular the study of non-local games, quantum automorphism groups, and the resolution of Connes’ Embedding problem announced by Ji, Natarajan, Vidick, Wright and Yuen in 2020. The focus of this workshop is the state of the art in this highly active area, covering the latest developments and potential future directions.
