Intro to CPMAI Methodology for Project and Product Managers
19 oct 2022 • Online Event, États-Unis
Organisateur:
Cognilytica
Résumé:
Cognilytica is excited to host Kathleen Walch and Ron Schmelzer, Managing Partners at Cognilytica and their presentation ‘Intro to CPMAI Methodology for Project and Product Managers’ on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 1 PM ET!

Far too often, agencies, organizations, and consulting firms are running data and AI projects without taking the right steps to ensure their success. Agile and iterative approaches have become adopted best practices for application development projects, but why don’t we have something similar when it comes to advanced analytics, big data, and AI projects? Without using best-practices approaches that standardize steps for data preparation, data identification, and data protection, it’s hard to achieve the success you’re expecting, wasting money and resources, leading to failure. This session will walk through the Cognitive Project Management for AI (CPMAI) methodology to provide the foundation needed for project success, especially as you incorporate advanced analytics and AI projects. The CPMAI methodology is the established best practice for AI & ML projects, and increasingly will be demanded by organizations and agencies that plan to develop, procure, and deliver AI and advanced analytics projects. This session will provide real world examples of how CPMAI methodology allows individuals to gain the skills needed for AI project success. Be sure to stick around for Q&A at the end!

Digital Safety Case Methods and Development
25 oct 2022 - 26 oct 2022 • Berlin, Allemagne
Organisateur:
Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) and Bundesanstalt für Endlagerung (BGE)
Résumé:
A safety case is traditionally presented through a suite of printed documents, often with a significant page count (e.g. in excess of 10,000 pages). These documents make qualitative and quantitative arguments through the use of text, tables, diagrams and plots with references provided to underlying reports, models and similar. However, the advent of digital technologies brings an opportunity to review existing processes for the production of safety cases, as well as approaches for the presentation of the information contained within. In doing so we can investigate whether additional benefits (for all stakeholders involved in the development programme for the repository) can be gained from the adoption of new technologies.

The 6th International Workshop on Big Data Analytic for Cyber Crime Investigation and Prevention
12 dec 2022 • The 6th International Workshop on Big Data Analytic for Cyber Crime Investigation and Prevention, Japon
Organisateur:
SmartSecLab
Résumé:
The big data paradigm has become an inevitable aspect of today's digital forensics investigations. Acquiring a forensic copy of seized data mediums already takes several hours due to the increasing storage size. In addition are several other time-consuming laboratory analysis steps required, such as evidence identification, corresponding data preprocessing, analysis, linkage, and final reporting. These steps have to be repeated for every physical device examined in the criminal case. Conventional digital forensics data preprocessing and analysis methods struggle when handling the contemporary variety, variability, volume and velocity of case data. Thus, proactive approaches have to be developed and integrated in daily law enforcement operations; for timely detection and prevention of the illegal activities in a data-intensive environments. Thus, there is a need for advanced big data analytics to aid in cyber crime investigations, which requires novel approaches for automated analysis. This workshop is organized to bring together recent development in big data analysis to aid in current challenges in cybercrime investigations.
