6th Annual China Aviation Training International Forum 2021
20 Apr 2021 - 21 Apr 2021 • Beijing, China
Abstract:
According to Boeing,China is expected to add 7,000 civilian aircrafts by 2035, which will create a shortage of 110,000 pilots at that time. How to optimize the existing training model, upgrade the existing equipment and combine the cutting-edge technologies such as VR&AR, to meet the needs of different aviation training stage, and to improve the efficiency of pilot learning result transformation while shortening training time, are highly focused by the entire aviation training industry. In addition, although reliability of aircraft systems continues to increase on account of the increasingly complete aircraft design, the probability of accidents caused by human keeps climbing. In this case, the training on the pilot's core competency will be an indispensable part of the aviation training mechanism, which is crucial to reduce the "black swan" incident during flight process. Therefore, establish an effective mechanism on the selection of pilots and captains, constantly optimize the curriculum’s content and structure, strengthen the teaching ability of instructors, promoting school-enterprise cooperation, increase training-job matching, pay attention to the construction of pilot psychological quality, are the realistic ways to solve the current shortage problem of mature pilots, and improve the quality of instructors and pilots.

Abstract:
Boeing forecasts that passenger traffic will grow by an average of 4% a year over the next 20 years and that the global civil aviation fleet will grow from 25,900 today to 48,400 by 2039. The centre of growth is In Asia, and particularly In China, where 8,600 new aircraft will be delivered over the next 20 years. Need to be noted that compared with last year's forecast, even more data is a trend of decline, but involves several groups of data are rare in China do not drop, obviously, the conclusion is based on prevention control measures of COVID-19 in our country, the domestic has been leading the global return to work and production level, the domestic civil aviation market is good in many aspects and make a vigorous recovery. It is also these increasing actual demand for the development of China’s aviation industry to create a broad market space. On the one hand, strong international and domestic market demand for China’s civil aviation has provided a huge development space. One the other hand, the civil aviation industry has been highly valued by the country in recent years, and a series of related policies and measures have been introduced, which have greatly promoted the rapid development of China’s civil aircraft. COMAC will complete the Phased task of “Three - One ” in 2021, and the domestic subcontract production business will also be vigorously developed. The next 10 years will be a crucial period for accelerating the rapid development of China’s aviation industry and a crucial period for realizing leapfrog development of the aviation industry. Seize the opportunity, aim at the target, with good domestic policy trends and open domestic and foreign cooperation to contribute to the development of the aviation industry.

6th Annual China Aviation Training International Forum 2021
26 May 2021 - 27 May 2021 • 上海, China
Abstract:
The three major domestic airlines, Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines, have taken delivery of the first domestic ARJ21 regional jet at the same time, reflects the official entry of ARJ21 into the international mainstream airline fleet, marking a big milestone for the ARJ21's commercial operation and ushering in a brand new era -- a new era of rapid growth in the supply of regional jets in China's civil aviation. With the strategic benefit, China's regional aviation ushered in a new strategic opportunity period of high-speed development. The epidemic has dealt an unprecedented blow to the aviation industry, but it has brought a rare window period of high-quality development for domestic regional aviation and domestic civil aircraft. In 2021, Comac plans to deliver 100 ARJ21 aircrafts. ARJ21 will soon become the second largest grade aircraft fleet in China's civil aviation passenger aircraft market after B737 and A320. At the same time, C919 will also be formally put into operation. The training work of domestic civil aircraft is gradually increasing, so the exploration of the talent training mode of domestic civil aircraft and the excavation of the training demand of domestic civil aircraft will become the new focus of China's civil aviation market.

2021 (3rd) China Civil Aviation Connected Aircraft Conference
03 Jun 2021 - 04 Jun 2021 • Hainan Island, China
Abstract:
Satellite Internet has been designated as one of the "new infrastructure" information infrastructure by the National Development and Reform Commission. As an important application scenario of satellite communication, aviation Internet in the field of civil aviation has a broad development prospect. Countries around the world have carried out long-term and extensive exploration on aviation Internet. The United States and Europe, where the civil aviation industry is relatively mature, have successively launched ATG, KU, KA and other technical solutions, and formed a broad market space and a deep user base in the development process of nearly 10 years. With the continuous improvement of the development level of China's civil aviation industry and the gradual liberalization of relevant regulatory policies, China's aviation Internet is about to usher in a great development and accelerate the formation of a considerable value cluster in the upstream and downstream industries. In recent years, airborne communication has gradually shifted from ATG to Ku/Ka high-throughput. The constantly improved network bandwidth and service capacity fully meet the increasingly rich in-flight needs of users and bring more convenient and rich in-flight Internet experience to users. At the same time, the continuous emergence of application scenarios of aircraft front and rear cabin communication strongly supports the demands of passenger use and flight control management, and also generates many upstream and downstream demands such as content production and distribution, equipment manufacturing and maintenance, and intelligent services, which play an obvious role in driving the industrial demand. The international aviation Internet market is getting saturated, and the domestic market has huge development potential. The fleet size of China's civil aviation industry keeps growing, and the demand scale of airborne network is huge, which is expected to drive the Asia-Pacific region to become the world's largest aviation Internet market.
