Abstract:
Softwarearchitekt:innen arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik, Fachlichkeit und Organisation. Sie vermitteln zwischen Teams, moderieren Entscheidungsprozesse und kommunizieren mit Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe. Das Camp thematisiert die kommunikativen, sozialen und methodischen Fähigkeiten, die in dieser Rolle entscheidend sind – von Gesprächsführung über Moderation bis zum konstruktiven Umgang mit Konflikten. Das Modul SOFT vermittelt dir zentrale Techniken und Haltungen für Kommunikation, Moderation, Visualisierung und Konfliktmanagement in der Rolle der Softwarearchitekt:in. Du lernst, dein Kommunikationsverhalten gezielt zu reflektieren, Gruppenprozesse methodisch zu steuern, technische Inhalte adressatengerecht zu visualisieren und schwierige Gespräche souverän zu führen. So trittst du in deiner Rolle klarer, wirksamer und überzeugender auf – in Architekturmeetings, Teamdiskussionen und Stakeholderdialogen.

ECGIC 2026 — Economy for the Common Good International Conference 2026

Abstract:
A fair and sustainable economy requires a shift in thinking within science and practice. Both fields share a responsibility to develop innovative solutions that combine social justice and ecological sustainability and create real impact. The 4th Economy for the Common Good International Conference will serve as a platform to explore viable paths and opportunities for collaboration, bringing together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry leaders to drive transformative change. Under the theme "Transforming towards a Fair and Sustainable Economy. Shared Responsibility of Science and Practice", the conference will offer a space for inter- and transdisciplinary exchange, knowledge co-creation, and collaboration. The hosting organizations are calling for abstracts from both scientists and practitioners. Researchers are encouraged to share their latest findings, theories, and concepts. Practitioners are welcome to present innovative projects, best practices, and real-world approaches that drive transformation. Abstracts should be between 350 and 400 words and submitted by October 31, 2025 via the conference website.
