AEIT 2026 — 2026 7th International Conference on Advances in Education and Information Technology
23 Jan 2026 - 25 Jan 2026 • Sapporo, Japan
Abstract:
Educational Technology is the effective use of technological tools in learning. As a concept, it concerns an array of tools, such as media, machines and networking hardware, as well as considering underlying theoretical perspectives for their effective application. The future of educational technology looks further promising as the learner and the tutor both would be engaged simultaneously. Teaching in a classroom would be like a movie, lesson plans would be mounted on headsets and students would be encouraged to explore with their tutor. Imagine, biology being taught by immersive technique.

Sommergarten 2026: Inaugural International Symposium
10 Jul 2026 - 11 Jul 2026 • Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
Abstract:
Sommergarten 2026 will provide a new collective where students, teachers, scholars, and other interested community members can share and discuss research on the intersections between language learning, culture, and pedagogy. Although research shows that the importance of learning about our societies and cultures is widely recognized, a number of studies reveal that many language educators find culture distinctly difficult to teach, and/or in some cases feel they possess inadequate cultural knowledge or awareness themselves. This has implications for students who are in need of cultural learning opportunities, yet lack access to them or participate in educational activities that are poorly designed and implemented. Sommergarten’s inaugural symposium will serve as a shared space where those involved and interested in language education can discover efforts across the globe to increase cultural learning, as well as consider various scholarly perspectives on improving and sustaining our abilities to teach it.

ICCECRICE 2026 — 28th International Conference on Chemistry Education (ICCE) jointly with 17th European Conference on Research in Chemical Education (ECRICE)
13 Jul 2026 - 17 Jul 2026 • Erzurum, Türkiye
Abstract:
Chemistry education is a field concerned with teaching and learning of chemistry. The content of Chemistry education research (CER) ranges from understanding the history and philosophy of chemistry, which guides on us how chemistry knowledge was developed, to the application of emerging technologies and tools for more effective teaching and learning of chemistry. CER has grown as a field substantially over the past 60 years but is still a relatively young subdiscipline of chemistry. Although substantial progress has been made in identifying evidence-based strategies to support the teaching and learning of chemistry, we have yet to realize widespread systemic change regarding how chemistry is taught at the secondary school and tertiary levels. Connecting chemistry educators at the secondary education level with chemistry education researchers in academia has never been more vitally needed, and yet these groups are still frustratingly divided.

DPG-Lehrerfortbildung — Data Literacy im Physikunterricht
19 Oct 2026 - 22 Oct 2026 • Physikzentrum Bad Honnef, Germany
Organizer:
Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation
Abstract:

23 Nov 2026 - 26 Nov 2026 • Physikzentrum Bad Honnef, Germany
Organizer:
Wilhelm and Else Heraeus-Foundation
