We are excited to welcome you in Bordeaux for the 4th edition of the Integrative Structural Biology Meeting (BSI), co-organized with the Association Française de Cristallographie (AFC) and the Société Française de Biophysique (SFB). We are currently experiencing a historic and transformative shift in structural and cellular biology, driven by groundbreaking advancements in super-resolution optical microscopy and cryo-electron microscopy. These technologies are surpassing previous resolution limits, enabling unprecedented insights into the architecture of proteins, organelles, cells, and tissues. This opens the door to a more comprehensive, multi-scale understanding of biological systems. As a result, structural biologists, biophysicists, biochemists, and cell biologists are becoming increasingly interconnected. By sharing our knowledge and innovations, we can explore structural biology in greater depth and uncover the full complexity of its underlying mechanisms.
