The Microscience Microscopy Congress will be back in 2025! One of the biggest events of its kind in Europe, mmc2025 incorporating EMAG 2025 will bring you the very best in microscopy, imaging and cytometry from across the globe. With six parallel conference sessions, a world-class exhibition, workshops, satellite meetings, an international Imaging Competition and more, it is simply the place to be for anyone who uses a microscope for work, study or pleasure.

This meeting is designed to talk about the current challenges in developing and using super-resolution microscopy. With short talks and lots of time for discussion, the workshop will discuss recent advances in super-resolution imaging from new developments in imaging to analysis of super-resolution data. We particularly want to encourage early career researchers to attend and contribute to the meeting. Please contact the organisers if you would like more information on how to contribute.

Microscopy is a key methodology in life science research, where the reliability of scientific findings based on data generated on microscopes rely on substantiated qualitative and quantitative image data analysis. Due to the complexity of the data, without expert guidance, it is very likely that image analysis algorithms may be applied incorrectly, possibly even producing erroneous results. Moreover, the diversity of imaging modalities, analysis algorithms and software solutions is growing so rapidly that even experts are overwhelmed. This course aims to promote excellence in bioimage analysis, targeting scientists who already work in this area or harbor ambitions to do so – and will instruct on the latest developments in the field with ample group and networking activities with leading experts in the topic.
