New trends in complex quantum systems dynamics
20 Jun 2022 - 24 Jun 2022 • Donostia / San Sebastian, Spain
Over the last years, a synergy among different fields in physics has increased our understanding, characterization, control and ability to manipulate quantum many-body systems that appear in high-energy physics and condensed matter. Thanks to this collaborative effort, new tools and concepts from quantum information and quantum optics complement more traditional ones from particle and statistical physics. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together, in five days meeting, experts and leaders in the field to present and discuss the most recent results and survey the most promising directions of this multidisciplinary challenge.

IEEE QSW 2022 — International Conference on Quantum Software
06 Jul 2022 - 16 Jul 2022 • Barcelona, Spain
The 2022 IEEE World Congress on Services will be held in a hybrid mode with physical presence in Barcelona, Spain. The IEEE International Conference on Quantum Software (QSW) is focusing on quantum software engineering, including hybrid quantum software, quantum software development, quantum in the cloud, quantum applications, and quantum software analysis & evolution. The goal of QSW is to bring together researchers and practitioners from different areas of quantum computing and (classical) software and service engineering to strengthen the quantum software community and discuss, e.g., architectural styles, languages, and best practices of quantum software as well as many other aspects of the quantum software development lifecycle.

QSI — Quantum Science: Implementations
17 Jul 2022 - 06 Aug 2022 • Benasque, Spain
This workshop is intended to discuss recent progress and challenges in the physical implementation of quantum science (e.g. quantum information and computation, simulation, cryptography, metrology, foundations, etc.). Therefore, the workshop aims at a balanced mixture between theorists and experimentalists from a variety of fields: optical lattices, trapped ions, atomic ensembles, cavity QED, NV-centers, quantum dots, quantum circuits, quantum nanomechanical resonators, (nano)photonics, etc.

3rd International Workshop on Quantum Designer Physics
18 Jul 2022 - 21 Jul 2022 • Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain
The workshop will highlight recent advances in material systems designed for studying the most intriguing physical phenomena at the nanoscale. These phenomena are related to spin, topology, and coherence, which make it possible for the materials to display quantum functionalities. While Condensed Matter Physics is rich in material systems in which almost any physics can be readily found and studied, with recent developments of quantum materials, it appears possible to purposefully design material systems with a given physical phenomenon in mind.

QUATIC 2022 — 15th International Conference on the Quality of Information and Communications Technology: Quality Aspects in Quantum Computing
12 Sep 2022 - 14 Sep 2022 • Talavera de la Reina, Spain
QUATIC 2022 is organized by the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain.
As first quantum computers have become a reality, new programming languages have been created in order to use them leading to new quantum algorithms, which yield promising results. Quantum Computing is becoming a mature area while an investment scalation is happening in public and private sectors. Thus, the quantum supremacy is expected for the next few years, allowing quantum computers to able to solve problems that classical computer practically cannot.
