The JDN is an annual multidisciplinary scientific conference. Participants present recent results obtained by neutron scattering in areas of interest to the entire scientific community (condensed matter, magnetism, soft matter, biology, instrumentation). This year’s JDN2025 will take place at from Monday June 2 to Thursday June 5, at the Village Club Les Balcons du Lac in Sevrier, on the outskirts of Annecy.

Condensed Matter Physics and Materials,    X-rays, Synchrotron Radiation and Crystallography

The International Conference on Neutron Scattering (ICNS) 2025 is a meeting and discussion place for everyone that uses neutrons as a tool for scientific research and development. The scientific program will contain the relevant disciplines, as well as neutron facilities, instrumentation and software. The conference will consist of a mixture of plenary sessions, parallel sessions, poster sessions, and sponsor presentations. Furthermore, a number of prizes will be awarded.

The quadrennial Asia-Oceania Conference on Neutron Scattering plays a complementary role in the tripolar regional neutron conferences, along with the ACNS (American Conference on Neutron Scattering, organized by NSSA) and the ECNS (European Conference Neutron Scattering, organized by ENSA). These conferences cover all scientific areas of neutron scattering including fundamental physics, material science, magnetism, chemistry, disordered systems, biology, soft matter, surface/interface science and instrumentation. The scientific programs consist of a plenary lecture, invited lectures, poster presentations and AONSA Prize lecture.
