Tagung Fahrzeugklimatisierung
09 Dec 2020 - 10 Dec 2020 • Ostfildern, Germany
Organizer:
V. (TAE)
Abstract:

Organizer:
ATZlive
Abstract:
Increasingly stringent legislation on CO2 emissions are causing a paradigm change in powertrain development. Electrification is broadening the global drive mix with and without combustion engines. The focus of this international conference will be on advanced drive concepts designed equally for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. The complexity of the cause-and-effect relationships can only be mastered through digitization. Systems thinking, intelligent management and new development methods play crucial roles in the race for the drive of the future.
Topics:
DRIVE SYSTEMS Understanding and using cause-effect relationships, TRACTION BATTERIES AND ELECTRICITY-BASED FUELS Energy storage for future drive systems, SYSTEMS ENGINEERING Mastering complex product development processes

Electrified Mobility + Grid Integration 2021
27 Jan 2021 - 28 Jan 2021 • Hanau near Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Organizer:
ATZlive
Abstract:
For tomorrow's mobility, traffic concepts, vehicles, powertrains and infrastructure must work together perfectly. In order to enable an interdisciplinary dialogue open to new technologies and a broader opinion-forming process, the two well-established events "The Powertrain of Tomorrow" and "Grid Integration + Electrified Mobility" will take place in parallel. Participants have the opportunity to switch between the parallel lectures and thus broaden their perspective. The networking dinner and the central refreshment breaks with accompanying trade exhibition also support cross-disciplinary communication and the necessary system thinking.

This ATZ conference is aimed at managers and engineers from car manufacturers, suppliers, development service providers, research institutes, and universities, and at employees of telecommunications services providers, IT companies, financial services providers, energy suppliers and grid operators, federal and state ministries, associations, and NGOs involved in all disciplines of electric mobility.

8th International Engine Congress 2021
23 Feb 2021 - 24 Feb 2021 • Baden-Baden, Germany
Organizer:
ATZlive
Abstract:
The realization that the electrification of automotive drivetrains can only develop in an evolutionary manner has ensured that internal combustion engines continue to hold the pole position in the context of low-emissions mobility. The "International Engine Congress" focuses not only on approaching the internal combustion engine comprehensively and systematically, but also on drivetrain electrification. By closely integrating passenger-car and commercial-vehicle engine technologies, the congress promotes the exchange of best practices. A dedicated series of talks addressing alternative fuels round out the content.

This event is primarily aimed at engineers and technicians in the industry or persons involved in research and teaching who are engaged in the optimization of the traditional development areas of the combustion engine or the advancement of procedures and systems to produce conventional or renewable fuels and lubricants. The lectures will be equally attractive for chemists and biologists who work in this industry. The focus will be on both Diesel and spark-ignition engines (gasoline/gas) for passenger and commercial vehicles as well as off-highway applications.

Vehicles of Tomorrow 2021
04 May 2021 - 05 May 2021 • Hanau near Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Organizer:
ATZlive
Abstract:
What must sustainable concepts look like in order to meet future mobility requirements? The intelligent, networked, electrified and automated vehicle presents designers, vehicle developers, materials engineers and production experts with new challenges, because it opens up new degrees of freedom and concepts for the body, chassis and interior. These primarily require the use of innovative materials, but also new joining and assembly technologies. This makes it all the more important to accompany this process with an international conference and to strengthen cooperation between different industries.
Topics:
New Mobility Concepts and Sustainable Materials., USER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS MODELS, NEW VEHICLE AND INTERIOR CONCEPTS, SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

EEHE — Tagung eehe - Elektrik & Elektronik in Hybrid- und Elektrofahrzeugen und elektrisches Energiemanagement
15 Jun 2021 - 16 Jun 2021 • Aachen, Germany
Organizer:
Haus der Technik e. V.
Abstract:

29 Jun 2021 - 30 Jun 2021 • Munich, Germany
Organizer:
ATZlive
Abstract:
In chassis development, the three aspects of safety, vehicle dynamics and driving comfort are at the top of the list of challenges to be faced. This becomes even more complex when the chassis is required to interact with assistance systems and other systems for fully automated driving. New demands are also created by the introduction of modern electric and electronic architectures. All these requirements must be met by the chassis along with its subsystems steering, brakes, tires and wheels.
